Refund & Make-Up Policy

At GodZeala, our mentorship programs and camps are intentionally designed with small group sizes to ensure every child receives meaningful guidance and attention. Because spaces are limited, the following policies apply to all registrations.

Registration & Payment

A child’s spot in a program or camp is reserved only after payment has been received. Once a spot is reserved, that space is held exclusively for your child.

Refund Policy

Due to limited spaces and program preparation, refunds are handled as follows:

More than 14 days before the program start date
A full refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee.

7–14 days before the program start date
50% refund.

Less than 7 days before the program start date
No refunds will be issued.

Once the program has started, no refunds will be provided for withdrawals or missed sessions.

However, families may request to transfer their child’s spot to another child (subject to approval and program suitability).

Missed Classes

GodZeala is unable to offer refunds for missed classes.

Our programs operate in small group formats, and each spot is reserved specifically for the registered participant.

Make-Up Lessons

If your child misses a session, we will do our best to support their learning by providing one of the following when possible:

• A lesson summary or materials from the class
• Worksheets or resources used during the session
• The opportunity to attend a make-up session in another class, if space is available

Please note that make-up sessions are not guaranteed and depend on scheduling and availability.

Camp Programs

For multi-day camps, refunds or make-ups cannot be provided for individual missed days.

Program Changes or Cancellation

GodZeala reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program if necessary (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances).

If this occurs, families will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• A credit toward a future program
